Instead of logging in to each carrier's panel individually, you can manage the entire shipment directly from the BaseLinker Order Manager. All courier integrations available in the system enable single and mass sending of parcels.

Did you know that it can also take place without your participation thanks to automatic actions? Before you know it, shipping labels and protocols for the courier will be waiting printed on your desk.

Package status tracking

The customer is calmly waiting for the shipment if he has the ability to monitor the progress of the order. The system will take care of his (and yours) peace by sending him an e-mail or SMS with a link to track the shipment. The customer can also check the current status with the courier on the unique information page about the order. You don't have to remember to send notifications - the automatic actions module will do it for you, which will inform the customer about each change in the status of the package.

Transferring the tracking number to the marketplace and the store

BaseLinker will also replace you in sending the tracking number to the marketplace and to your store. It will do this automatically within seconds after creating the shipment (Amazon only, upload takes up to 30 minutes). You can choose whether BaseLinker should provide the number immediately after creating the shipment or after transferring the order to the selected status.

Integrations with multiple shipping companies

We have gathered dozens of key carriers and shipping brokers for you in one system and we are constantly working on further integrations. You can now send parcels via Poczta Polska, InPost, DPD, DHL and many other domestic and international operators. You don't have to log in to their websites - all shipping management takes place in the intuitive BaseLinker Order Manager.

Single or mass shipment of parcels

If you want to send a single package, you can do it from the level of a given order or list of orders. You can also send hundreds of packages at the same time from the list level, without the need to enter orders. What do we recommend? Set an automatic action so that these activities are performed automatically, e.g. after the customer's payment!
